Henrietta Fazio

Henrietta Fertitta Fazio, 84, died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. Henrietta, whose baptized name was Andreana, was a native and life long resident of Beaumont.

Survivors include her three children, Linda Fertitta and husband Frank of Dallas, Sam G. Fazio and wife Melody, and Pam Bemis and husband Roger all of Beaumont; sister, Dora Liberto of San Antonio; grandchildren, Patrick John Mahoney of Dallas, Jessica Fazio of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Andreana Bemis of Spring, and Samantha Bemis of Beaumont; and other loving family members.

Her husband, Guy S. Fazio; parents, Frank and Bernadette Fertitta; brother, John Fertitta; and two sisters, Rose Fazio and Nancy Fertitta preceded Henrietta in death.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2008 at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.  A gathering of family and friends will be 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Christian Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the mortuary.
