Mary Lee Pritchard

Mary Lee Pritchard, 72, of Port Neches passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Cypress Glen Nursing Home in Port Arthur.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 2, 2010 at Seventh Street Baptist Church in Nederland with Reverend Kevin McWilliams and Reverend L.C. Roots officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday evening, August 1, 2010 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
 Mrs. Pritchard was a native of Gloster, Mississippi and has lived in the Port Neches area since 1956. She operated a day care from her own home for many years, taught Pre-School/Sunday School at Ridgewood Baptist Church and really enjoyed children. She was also a member of Seventh Street Baptist Church in Nederland.
 Mrs. Pritchard was preceded in death by her husband Troy. She is survived by her two daughters, Kathy McGowin and her husband Harold of Nederland, Wanda Womack and her husband Tommy of Cedar Creek; son, Troy Pritchard and his wife Danna of Lumberton; four grandchildren, Paige Pritchard, Felicia Womack, Hannah McGowin and Cody Young.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seventh Street Baptist Church Library for the purchase of children’s books, 200 Seventh Street, Nederland, Texas 77627.
